Steamboat Springs Parade of Homes to Feature Seven Mountain Homes August 7, 2010
“These residences represent a variety of styles exhibited in mountain homebuilding, “ said Bart Kounovsky, board member of the Charitable Fountain. “Participants will experience a slice of mountain living not usually seen by the public.”
The seven homes ranging from 3,095 to 11,823 square feet will also showcase five different areas: the South Valley, the Eagle Ridge area, Ski Trails, Burgess Creek, and the Lower Mountain. South of Steamboat Springs, the South Valley offers sweeping views with a mix of ranches and fine estates. Perched on the ridge at Eagle Ridge, residents enjoy walk to skiing. Rendezvous Trails sit high above Burgess Creek and Ski Time Square with unobstructed views of the ski mountain. Ski Trails are poised to take advantage of the South Valley views and offers some residences ski in access. The Lower Mountain area is nestled between the ski mountain entrance and the Yampa River.
Here is a great chance to see 7 great homes here in Steamboat.
“The Steamboat Springs Parade of Homes will be a treat, and perhaps even the highlight of the weekend,” said Kounovsky.
