In a time when few builders took the risk to produce new spec homes in Steamboat Springs, Soda Mountain Construction owner, Chris Rhodes continued his vision to still produce some of the Valley's finest homes. Elkins Meadows provided the backdrop for his latest masterpiece.

We at The Steamboat Group were excited to work with Chris and Soda Mountain Construction from the concept to sale to market and deliver this exceptional home. The amazing location (just above the City of Steamboat Springs and just below Fish Creek Falls), thoughtful details like mahogany siding accents, and smart home technology come together to create a finely crafted home with incredibly unique qualities.

We stepped up our marketing for this home to help potential buyers see the value of the location, design, and craftsmanship before it was completed. It worked and we were able to put it under contract before they could see the design and craftsmanship come together, 4 months before it was completed.  We brought together a combination of targeted marketing, new technology and old fashioned techniques to help the buyer visualize that masterpiece that was coming before most of the paint had hit the canvas. In the End the home sold for $3.585M or just over $700/square foot a record since the recession for this type of property.
