Catamount Ranch and Club 2013 Membership Options

  Here are the current membership options for Catamount.  You can either join the lake or get a golf membership which includes both.  Catamount consists of two parts. 1.  Lake membership:
The lake membership initiation deposit is $10,000.  Annual dues for 2013 are $4,400 and the annual spending minimum is $750.  Dues and minimums are prorated to the date that you join. Lake membership provides access to everything the Lake has to offer (but there are no golf course tee time privileges).  Those amenities include a 532 acre private lake, pool, fitness center, restaurant, hot tub, and Outfitter’s Center.  We also offer some of the best fly fishing in the state including Members Only access to the headwaters and tail waters of Lake Catamount and guided fly fishing trips on sections of the upper Yampa.  Members also have free access to the Nordic trails at Lake Catamount in the winter.  Lake Members also have the ability to use the Catamount Golf Practice Facility (driving range) throughout the season but there are no course tee time privileges.
 
Lake members will also receive the option to join as a full (golf) member (after a minimum of 12 months as a lake member but before 36 months) at the price in effect when you became a Lake member or current price at the time you wish to upgrade, whichever is lower.  You will receive a double credit on the golf membership initiation deposit (in other words, if you join Lake now, you get a $20,000 credit towards full golf membership in the future). Annual dues for 2013 are $4,400.  There is a $750 annual spending minimum.  Dues and minimums are prorated to the date that you join.
 
2.  Golf (full) Membership:
The deposit for a golf membership is $55,000.   This membership includes privileges at both the golf course and lake facilities. The membership includes access to all private Catamount facilities: golf course, 2 restaurants, 532 acre private lake, pool, fitness center, hot tubs, and Outfitter’s center.  You also have free access to the Nordic trails at Lake Catamount in the winter.  Annual dues for 2013 are $8,800.  There is a $1,500 annual spending minimum.  Dues and minimums are prorated to the date that you join.
 
3.  Junior Golf Membership (for those under age 45)
The total membership deposit for a junior golf membership is $55,000.  Junior members can pay $10,000 down and the remaining $45,000 would be spread evenly over 4 years (remaining payments would begin after the first anniversary year). There is no club minimum until you reach the age of 45.  Dues and minimums are prorated to the date that you join.
