This past July was yet again another successful Token Tuesday at Mountain Tap Brewery, located just below our offices at 910 Yampa St. The Trail Maintenance Endowment Fund was one of the four beneficiaries from last month's fundraiser. As an office of mountain bikers and supporters of our community's trails, we decided as a team to match the funds raised for The Trail Maintenance Endowment Fund from our TSG Fund. 

Upon the closing of every home, our team makes a donation into the TSG Fund which is held at the Yampa Valley Community Foundation. Over the last year and a half, we have donated over $40,000, which is about $5,000 per agent. Our team then partners with YVCF and the community to allocate money from The TSG Fund to local nonprofits with
