Marabou Ranch HD Flyover Video Online

From our flights we created videos of different areas around town to give you the best perspective on our beautiful town and learn a bit more from a different perspective. The video below was taken when flying over Marabou Ranch. Marbou is located just 5.5 miles outside of downtown Steamboat and gives owners the opportunity to live in beautiful community is spread over 1,717 acres and 77% of the land is dedicated to shared open space. One feature that sets Marabou apart from other ranching communities is that Marabou remains an active ranch. 'Owners can choose to be an active participant or a passive observer in the daily life of a traditional working ranch.'
