Late Season Powder Skiing in Steamboat (HD Video!)
Posted by The Steamboat Group on Wednesday, March 30th, 2011 at 4:38pm.The late season snow got us excited and yesterday morning we took a few runs in the 10" of new snow before heading into work. Realizing (but hoping against the idea) that this could be one of the last big powder days we implemented our Powder Clause and enjoyed the morning on the mountain. The powder felt like January snow, as light and fluffy as Champagne powder can be, and blew past and behind us with each turn. While enjoying the new snow, we unfortunately missed getting footage from up on 'No Names', which we decided was one of the best runs of the year...Next time!
