I haven't verified this yet but I have heard twice this morning from credible sources that someone has negotiated for ownership control at One Steamboat Place. I won't say who yet and this is not a done deal yet so take it for what it is worth. I hope and it sounds like it is a capable party that can successfully take One Steamboat Place forward successfully.
Give me a call if you would like to know more about the One Steamboat Place Foreclosure process and how it may impact your property or present an opportunity going forward. It is likely this move is also designed to

Howelsen Hill has officially opened for mountain biking. While there are still a few muddy sections that are marked as closed, a large portion of the mountain is open and ready for the summer season!
We got out this morning before work for a quick ride, taking full advantage of the trails near town that are beginning to open. We rode up the Lupine trail on the front of the mountain enjoying the great condition the trails were in. For our decent we decided to switch things up and went down Larry's and MGM, through the meadow and down to the base. A beautiful morning and great to be out enjoying
