The Steamboat Group

The Steamboat Group consists of Jon Wade and three team members. Jon Wade

Jon's approach to real estate differs from most. Jon is not only an active dad with two young kids, he is also very active in the community through his participation in the Steamboat Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Finance Committee, the Steamboat Springs Urban Renewal Authority Advisory Committee, the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, the Yampa Valley Fly Fishers Board and various other groups. Jon has developed an invaluable network of people around town that helps him know the inside story, look out for your interests and see opportunities before most. Jon is also active on the Luxury Reat Estate Board of Regents a group of 10 Top Luxury Brokers that guide the Luxury Real Estate organization. Erik is responsible for managing our marketing. He helps Jon implement web strategy and is a skilled graphic designer so our marketing stands out online and off. Erik and Jon work together to make sure your property has the most visibility where buyers are looking today. Together, they focus on cutting edge marketing that is effective in today's market.

Peggy Spitellie

Peggy is responsible for managing our transactions and listings. She is skilled at managing each client's transaction from beginning to closing to ensure that all contractual obligations are met. She also manages our process to market and actively sell listings by taking proactive steps on a regular basis. Peggy can provide you with information quickly when Jon is out showing property or in a meeting.

Wendy Wade

Wendy is married to Jon and they moved to Steamboat in 2005 to raise their two kids. She Wendy is great at guiding you through the many details of moving here. If you have kids, she can give you the inside "Mom" scoop on all the activities and schools in the valley.
